A decision has been made to close EPN FamilyCare at Creekside Medical Center. Dr. Paisan will continue to see patients through Friday April 10th. He will then transition back to Marco Healthcare Clinic. The office will remain open until Friday April 24 for patients to request copies of charts to be sent to other providers.
Brian W. Bozza, M.D. at North Naples Family Care has agreed to provide for our patients and their medical records at his office at Airport and Pine Ridge. Dr. Bozza has been affiliated with EPN UrgentCare over the past two years. We are confident our patients are in good hands with Dr. Bozza.
